MARUI GROUP has established the Sustainability Committee as well as the ESG Committee, an organization positioned under the Compliance Promotion Board, for the purpose of promoting co-creation sustainability management.
Starting from the general meeting of shareholders, the roles and cooperation of the Board of Corporate Auditors, Board of Directors, Management Committee, various committees (Nomination and Compensation Committee, Sustainability Committee, Strategy Review Committee), and Compliance Promotion Committee are illustrated.
The titles and names of the committee chair, committee members, and secretariat are listed, and their role is to report and make recommendations regarding sustainability promotion.
Centered on the leader, the members include executives from Epos Card, Marui Facilities, and Moving, and are responsible for reporting and instructing ESG promotion activities.
